Complete and Expeditious

I keep coming back, although, concerned about all the hacking and phishing these days.
What's great about it: Easy to install and update; good navigation; choice of guide or manual entry of data
What's not so great: State e-file fee

Very pleased. I have used TurboTax for years. It allows to to jump to the areas I already know and yet walks me through new areas or situations that have changed. The right amount of flexibility.
What's great about it: Easy, efficient, leads me through the areas I need help with

I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years and have been extremely pleased with the program
What's great about it: The carry forward of your information, less entry

Federal 2013 return

On my federal return I DID NOT request estimated tax payments for next year, however when I viewed my return to print 4 estimated tax vouchers were included. I re-checked my return 4 times to see if there was a place that asked if I wanted to make estimated payments next year. I did not see any.
When printing returns for filing why is it necessary to print a 2 page instruction and a 1 page thank-you letter? I am trying to conserve my paper output. There should be an option to just print what I ACTUALLY need to file. Not extra stuff.
What's great about it: Same easy format
What's not so great: Did calculations I didn't ask for. Made me print junk pages with return.

Taxes Made Easy

I have used TurboTax for many years and always found it to be easy and quick. The cost of the software more than pays for itself in the convenience of getting my taxes done right the first time. And e-filing is a breeze.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use. Did my taxes in one short afternoon.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My TurboTax Experience

I use Turbotax every year. I generally love it. But this year, for some reason, when I saved my return and tried to finish it later, I could not get it to reload. I had to start all over. This was frustrating.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step. They do all the calculations for you
What's not so great: I had trouble saving my return and coming back to it.
