I highly recommend TurboTax. This is my second year with this SW and I am happy to say it has been a most beneficial and rewarding experience.
What's great about it: Easiest and most painles effort ever!
What's not so great: None that I found!

No e-file ability

The process was more difficult to follow this year. It did not seem to flow logically and was not easy to add more info. Most annoying was the inability to e-file. I was told to download updates - I did but that did not work. E-mailing ability was one of the strongpoints in getting us to use TurboTax. We might have to find another program next year.
What's not so great: Screens did not flow logically - program could not "verify" for e-file even after re-downloading updates.

Life made easier

I have used Turbo tax for at least 7 years and it is the only way to do your taxes to get it done right and timely.
What's great about it: easy to follow through
What's not so great: takes some time but expected

Easy to use but hard to install

I had to download software to install it. DVD needs to work
It was very easy to go thru everything and that is what I like about TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for as far back as I can remember, and it just keeps getting better every year! I have never had a tax error caused by TurboTax.
What's great about it: Very comprehensive, easy to follow, and great on-line support!
