Like I said I have used Turbo Tax for years and no problems, This year the forms are not ready to file and I was told that they would be corrected by the 31st of Jan. It is now February 6th and I updated and the forms are still not ready.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax to do my taxes for years and had no problems
What's not so great: Tax Forms not ready to file this year

Easy to use !

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. In the past, I've had some fairly complicated returns, but for the past few years my returns have been pretty simple. Once I have all of my W-2's, 1099's sorted out, it doesn't take long to complete both my federal and state returns. This year it took less than 2 hours to finish both tax returns. If you've used Turbo Tax the previous year, one of the nice things that does is transfer all of your personal and tax form info (e.g., 1099 info) to the new year. This saves me several hours of data entry.

It's a good product and it's easy to use. This is the 9th time that I have used Turbo Tax. I like it.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Cost of your product doesn't include state E-File.

have used it for years and have gotten a lot of family/friends to start using it too
What's great about it: step by step easy to understand language
What's not so great: some sections could have a box to check "does not apply" instead of reviewing each subsection and indicating "No"

Needs some changes

Need way to lock forms so can not accidentally change them when doing a review in the future to compare previous years. I
accidentally changed some numbers on my stored 2012 Federal and unable to correct lit to come up with same final figure as filed.

When Turbo carry's over previous year and working on the current year and you hit edit it should bring up the previous years form for comparison. Or at least carry over the information from all the questions it asks for a particular form.
What's great about it: Carry over is great.
What's not so great: When saving to work on later the restarting should take you back to where you left off.
