Very good except ...

Using Turbo Tax takes the burden of tax preparation off of my shoulders. One small issue - I would like to be able to print the Efile transmission confirmation page for my records but it is not included in the pages that can be printed in Turbo Tax, nor can I select it and print it.
What's great about it: All I need do is answer the questions as they pertain to me. Turbo Tax does all the work.

We have used Turbo Tax to file our returns for many years and have always been satisified with the program. It makes tax season less stressful.
What's great about it: I trust Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: It's getting expensive.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Disappointing

I have used Turbo Tax for a many years and the previous returns are on my computer. This year, the 2013 version would not transfer my 2012 Turbo Tax return. I'm not sure why but this is the first time I've had that problem

Another fantastic way to do my taxes. I have been using TurboTax for a number of years and it does an excellent job of getting the yearly job done - CORRECTLY!!
What's great about it: Everything is A-Ok and easy to follow

Software ran well and had only one small issue when I tried to download contributions from quicken. I fully understand that you don't want to continue to support old software but to force me to purchase a new version of quicken was not nice.
What's great about it: Worked just fine.
What's not so great: Dissappointed that I had to download new Quicken to download contributions

I am a former tax professional so Turbo Tax is easy to use and understand. The HELP menus are very easy to follow.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: none

Ohio was confusing because of the terminology.
What's great about it: Federal and Minnesota were straight forward.
What's not so great: Ohio is very confusing and took extra time.
