Easy as pie!

I do my taxes every year with turbotax, and i don't even dread it! I like that it presents all the various scenarios, and gives explanations that I can actually understand. What a relief to have my taxes done and filed in a matter of a couple of hours, and to know they are done correctly!
What's great about it: Explained all my questions. Loved that it tranfers last year's info.
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing.

Outstanding product

I have used turbo tax for 19 years and I really enjoy the way it walks you through all of the sections. The directions are concise and easy to understand. Each section has questions and helps which allows you to ensure whether the information applies to you or not.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Did not automatically download from my financial institution

Second year I have used this, and it was even easier this year compared with last year.
What's great about it: Easily guides you through the entire process !!!!!
What's not so great: Nothing I could say.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax has done it again. Don't waste your time at the tax preparers office. This program is better, faster, and cheaper.
What's great about it: Walked me through the process
What's not so great: had to pay for state efile

This years TurboTax is a very easy program to follow. I did my federal and state taxes all the way through efile in less than 2 hours. THANKS

Crash, crash and more

TurboTax Deluxe 2013, California, MAC OS 10.9.1
Usually a great product. Did my taxes early this year, thank goodness because I lost all data after downloading California state program. 3 online chats with customer support (nice people, helpful). Did complete reinstallation and had to reenter all information. Saved all as pdf on desktop just in case.
Got through it OK except could not print returns for California to mail in and had to pay for eFile!
Well, at least I am done but sure hope they get the bugs worked out. I see I am not the only one having problems with state downloads.

What's not so great: Crashed every time I tried to do state. Couldn't print state when done.

Recommend Turbotax for 2014 returns

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and have been pleased with it from the start I would never use another software or tax preparer when this product is so easy to use and reasonable to purchase. Love the review which quickly takes you to areas that need attention. Also electronic filing takes only minutes and saves a bundle on postage! Thanks Turbotax!
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, Intutive, What's this keeps us current with what the IRS is looking for!
What's not so great: Wish you could adjust font size to suit your preference.
