Easy as pie!

I've used different tax programs over the years and Turbo Tax is by far the best. We get more on our refund because it is much more in depth than other programs. Turbo Tax is very easy to use.
What's great about it: So easy to use.
What's not so great: None.

What's great about it: I like how Turbo Tax rolls info from prior year & I like getting my refunds
What's not so great: some things can be confusing (depreciation is always confusing)!

Easy as Usual, but a problem

Something was messed up but no explanation.
What's great about it: Clear, thorough and well worth the investment and time.
What's not so great: E-File would not go through. Said to ck for updates. No updates available. Tried again, still no go. File by mail!

Secure & Reliable Product!

I have used TurboTax for years without any problems. I work for IRS and do my own taxes. I love that this is so quick, easy to process, & extremely easy to track the progress of my refund. I've never had flags or audits on my returns. I find the questions, shortcuts, & instruction super simple to follow. I do not have the fear of identity theft using TurboTax. Security features are very well protected for personal information. I recommend TurboTax to all my friends.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to file every year.
What's not so great: I'd like to have a separate button for preview and one for print

Earlier editions of Duluxe would navigate you to Sch. F (farm) form info. (I have used it for over 5 yrs.) Now I am almost being required to purchase more expensive Home and Business. It is possible to find navigation but you have to hunt for it in Deluxe. Why mess up a good product for a few dollars gain?
Also, Kept getting Script Error on this page , line 1, char. 1
finally turned off something and it went away. Real pain. needs fixing.

another year another wonderful experience using turbo tax !!!!
it seemed even quicker this year and very well organized. it seemed as though you made finding national averages a bit harder to find (forms) but other than that great, easy and well done as usual. thank you intuit and turbo tax
