Quick and Easy

Second year my wife and I have used Turbo Tax to fill and file taxes. This year was even easier as it imported info from last year automatically. Didn't get as good of a refund this year, but that's not Turbo Tax's fault. Always quick and easy to use and makes sure we hit all the deductions we qualify for. Will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Fast, informative, accurate, quick, easy
What's not so great: Wish the state e-file was free too
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good experience except for making paper copies

I e-filed my Fed return, but need to have a mail in copy of my State return to send in with what I owe. The Turbo tax screen gives me an option to print a mail in copy, but when I follow the prompts, all I can get is a green print preview screen, which does not have a place to click "print" I tried the "help" button, but it said it was not functioning at this time: I have 2 months to try to figure out how to print the copies I need before mailing off. This should not be so difficult. If the option is print, why cant I print?
What's great about it: Easy to follow quick and effecient
What's not so great: I cannot print a copy of my returns--they options given do not produce printed copies

Makes tax time a little easier

Once again, I enjoyed doing my taxes using TurboTax. Quick and Easy. Could not find how to deduct donations of food to a food pantry....also where to deduct "in-kind_ donations. Aside from that, it was a breeze.
What's great about it: Easy to follow along
What's not so great: Missing some options

Great and only gets better!

I have been using TurboTax for 8 years. It is a great product and whether a refund or a payment is required, I feel secure that the calculations are accurate. I also feel comfortable when filing because the step by steps go through every possible avenue in case I forgot to report income or expenses for deductions. Like the product and the automatic renewal feature is nice as well. I tell everyone to use this product.
What's great about it: Step by Steps get more intuitive every year

overall easy to use, just several places that I could have used some help and the online assistance, didn't work for me.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Paid for audit defense, which was not really needed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
