Very intuitive & thorough

I was able to complete my taxes in less than an hour. It was very intuitive and complete. The accuracy checks are excellent and turbo tax has built in questions with up to date regulations to maximize your return and decrease audits. Another great feature is by using Turbo Tax annually my prior year tax information rolled over onto this year leaving even less work and chances for errors.
What's great about it: Easy, decreases chances of audits

Another happy year with Turbo Tax!

I love using TurboTax; have for years. Every new filing year I see a positive progression in Turbo Tax automation, filing instructions, use, and simplicity. The user forum has also helped me comprehend tax questions quickly and easily.
I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future and champion its use to others!
What's great about it: Great easy tax filing process that is intuitive and accurate.
What's not so great: None that I can find. Superior software!

I'll give a 5 start based on my 6 years of successfully using Turbo Tax and not having experienced any issues or refund problems.
However, If I were a developer I would try to make the deductions and credit qualifying interviews a bit shorter. I do understand that is a long shot given the complexity of our Tax code. Anyway, Thanks Intuit for an awesome product!

What's great about it: Easy interface and well design interview screens
What's not so great: Kind of long interviews when itemizing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Program

I have been using TurobTax for about 10 years and have never had a problem. A few of my returns were a little complicated but using the guide helped me get a correct return and little chance of being audited. This year I spend about 4 hours completing my return and it was accepted the first time.
What's great about it: Covered all aspects of my taxes and covered things I didn't think of.
What's not so great: Nothing not to like
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Extremely easy to use and file returns. Updates are quick and loaded whenever the program is open. My whole family uses the program.

Foreign Corporations

One of my W-2 forms is from a corporation based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Your software will not accept the abbreviation BC, nor will it accept the Canadian equivalent of a Zip Code. In our "Global Economy" world, this is a bug that needs to be addressed. I was forced to put in an incorrect state and zip code for that W-2, in order to file my return.
