I have been using Turbo Tax for 12 years. The format is very easy to understand and use. Turbo Tax helped me to find deductions that I would have missed.
What's great about it: Easy to use and to find answers
What's not so great: Navigating back and forth requires repeating a number of steps

Especially for regular returns, this is the best way to go. Took me about an hour, and I'm getting more back than I expected!

Really getting the hang of this!!

I found the format to be easier and easier every time I use it. I literally spent just a few minutes over a couple of nights to enter and gather all the information. Except for the HSA portion I was able to navigate in and out of the different areas as I found areas of income/expense/deductions etc...
What's great about it: Simplicity to come and go as documentation needed
What's not so great: The HSA portion required me to re do it 4 times to get it right.

Super Easy - Even with adoption complexities

I had a lot of unusual expenses this year due to adoption including stock sales, legal expenses, child-care spending accounts... the whole gamut. Turbotax walked me right through it all... very easy!
What's great about it: I had a lot of crazy things this year, but Turbotax walked me right through everything!
