Money, Money, Money...

Love Turbo Tax. I trust that I'm filing an error-free return and will get my refund quickly using e-file. Have been using Turbo Tax almost as long as I've been filing taxes (a ridiculously long time!) - no complaints here!

Guides you step by step

Turbo Tax is really easy to use. The program asks you questions and you fill in the blank as applicable to you. It prompts you step by step through the process and makes doing your taxes less of a chore. What I enjoy the most is seeing how Turbo Tax calculates a tax refund as you proceed. I really like the convenience of being able to prepare taxes at home on my own time instead of waiting for an accountant to complete the work for me. After using Turbo Tax, I wonder why people bother waiting in line for a tax preparation service or an accountant to do their taxes!
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: None.

Turbo Max Tax

I began the 2013 filing process with Turbo Tax at approximately 11:00 P.M. Completed the process including filing approximately 2:30 A.M.
The checks and balances awarded by the program gives complete confidence that the taxes are prepared correctly.
Keep up the good work and look forward to 2014 filing.
I believe this is my 8th year using TurboTax and I have yet
to take exception to the program.

Smooth and easy

We have used Turbo Tax for several years. We don't have too complicated of a situation but it still can feel overwhelming to do taxes. TurboTax does all the hard work. It walks you through step by step and there are lots of little extra info buttons to get more explanation on things. It has worked and continues to work great for us and we would definitely recommend it to anyone! Last year we had to call and get support. It took a while but once we did talk to a real person, they helped clear up our confusion in no time and solved the problem quickly and professionally.
What's great about it: Had info from last year so I didn't have to enter everything. Easy to maneuver through.
What's not so great: none

Quick and Refreshingly Easy

I've been using TurboTax for years now and have no qualms with the software or service whatsoever. I am completely satisfied with the interface of the program; it's as easy as completing the checkout process for an online purchase. Live support is always there when you need it most. It's secure and I immensely enjoy the ability to digitally store my yearly tax returns and automatically import them into TurboTax the following year. Although I could ramble on ad nauseam, I will refrain.... TurboTax is a great product and I endorse it 100%. Incredible value for the seemingly trivial cost.
What's great about it: Fast, Simple, Thorough
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

This was our third year using TurboTax. And I'll never regret the decision to stop hand calculating everything on my own. The only down side to TurboTax is that they charge you full price every year for the next version. I wish once you were committed to TurboTax that you could just purchase an upgrade pack for say half of the cost of the original software. But overall, I love turbotax and the ease in filling out the forms. The guided way is the way to go. I love being able to compare to last year while I go and see the numbers of the refund adjust with each entry I save. Definitely a life saver. I filed on 05Feb this year!!
