I had some trouble with the 529 disbursement but the online help got me through.
What's great about it: Gets it right, Gets it all
What's not so great: College info (1098 and 1099) is tricky. Has to be done in particular order or you will get incorrect results

I love Turbo Tax!!!

It is such an awesome program. I cant believe i paid other people to fill out this paperwork for me. From now on I can do it because I am confident that this program will securely walk me through the steps.
What's great about it: Easy, educational, fun and simple to use!
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have uses Turbo Tax for many many years and this is the first time I have had problems with it. My Federal itemized sheet was spit out with the State Tax forms and missed completely in the Federal Tax package.
In the past I have been able to print individual copies of my records as wanted. This year's Turbo tax would not let me do that. Every time I tried printing one sheet, it would spill out another 16 sheets of paper of the tax forms. I believe that there is a flaw in this year's program. Elaine

Best Tax Filing EVER

I had a lot of deductions. Turbo Tax clearly walked me through each area with understandable help options when there were special terms or ideas. I felt like there was a tax expert right with me throughout the process. I've never filed this early of this easily
What's great about it: Easy to use, Clearly written guides, seamless tranistions through filing areas
What's not so great: The Education Tax section made me go through a ton of steps only to then tell me I wasn't eligible to deduct anything.

I thought I already purchase Turbo tax and was charged add'l fee or was that for Bank handling fee? I could not review state form to find if 1099C amount transferred?

What's not so great: tubo tax plus fee

TurboTax was very simple to use - anyone can do it! I think anyone who has a basic tax filing need should use it!
What's great about it: Asked about all my deductions!
