Very easy to use. There are a few areas where the explanation is a little vague. Overall, I like TurboTax and each year it gets better and more user friendly. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: State e file should be included in cost of turbo tax

Easy as pie!

I don't have a lot of unusual things to report on my income tax, but itemized deductions. I really love the "It's Deductible" to help do this! They have made the HSA portion much easier this year.
What's great about it: Nothing difficult to understand. Fast and Easy!

Easy Processing of Tax Refunds

TurboTax is great. You have to be careful when reviewing your answers. I don't itemize so my State tax refund is not taxable. When I "edited" my State refund from last year into this year's forms, TurboTax indicated that the refund was taxable even though I didn't itemize.
When I stepped through the TurboTax instructions to enter the Sate refund, TurboTax showed the State refund was not taxable. I am not sure if this would have been caught in the review process.
What's great about it: Very easy with understandable instructions.
What's not so great: Too many questions that didn't apply to me.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
