easy easy easy

not at all what I expected. double checked and triple checked my taxes for me. very simple to navigate. a++++++
What's great about it: extremely easy! maximized my refund!

VERY EASY TO USE. COVERS ALL DETAILS WITH EXPLANATION. USE IT FOR YEARS - NEVER ANY PROBLEMS. EXCELLENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE

Makes doing taxes easy

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2000 except for 1 year tried the competition immediately switched the following year back to Turbo Tax. I will never switch again.
What's great about it: So user friendly

Called IRS and they were on a different page as to how to get the pin numbers.
Recommend that you ask for todays date as a separate input from establishing PINS.

I have both Apple and Microsoft operating systems and turbo tax disc works great on both seamlessly.
When I used turbo tax (I buy the disc) again this year all of my personal information is populated which is fantastic and a huge time saver (no retyping) if there are any changes you can make them. Bam...saved for next years return.
Since I started using turbo tax (friend told & showed me) doing my taxes is easy.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process with links to explain each section(s)

I am a repeat customer and will continue to be a repeat customer. I am satisfied that I received a refund larger than I would have completing the forms myself AND am extremely more confident about having completely and accurately submitted all my 2013 financial information to prevent an audit.
What's great about it: Easy to use; reduces stress; eliminates guessing.
What's not so great: None (self-doubt doesn't count!)

I love Turbo Tax! It walks you through everything. If there are questions, there are tips (learn more) available with each options.
