How about a big red flag when you start saying you dont have the forms needed to file for state at the time. I wouldnt have started if I knew I couldnt finish.
What's great about it: it might have worked
What's not so great: didnt have forms ready for state of Iowa

I have used Turbotax since the 1990's with never any issues. Love it! I recommend this to everyone. Professional results at a fraction of the price.
What's great about it: So simple and dummy proof, just answer all the questions
