I used to use a CPA. Cost less to use turbo tax with no loss of accuracy. Faster . I can buy program and do taxes without lag time.
What's great about it: Walks you through each step.
What's not so great: Have to pay to file state.

What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Couldnt do a print screen of a section

I have a pretty simple tax return. I got tired of paying tax services hundreds for entering in the same info into a tax program that I can do with TurboTax.

Once again, Turbo Tax made my life nice and easy - the only issue I had this year was the filing system not being ready until the 5th of February - but that being the only issue is really not an issue at all!

Simple and Easy

I breezed through my Federal and State income taxes today using TurboTax Deluxe and the experience couldn't have been better! After I organized all of my documents the program did the rest of the work by importing last year's returns, asking pointed questions and offering clarifying help when needed. Although I did not make use of many of the product's features, I was content knowing that they were available if needed. This was by far the best version of the software I have ever used and I've been using TurboTax for over ten years.
What's great about it: Easy to load and use even on an old PC, easy to understand questions to lead you, good explanations
What's not so great: Slow to load but not a big deal
