Easy tax

Using Turbo Tax is simple and easy and takes less than 15 moniutes on a simple return
What's great about it: asked all the right questsions
What's not so great: its kind of slow starting

TT Refund

Every year TT makes it easier to do the dreaded deed. They also are fabulous at maximizing your refund, telling you of all the areas in which you can get deductions.
What's great about it: easily understood, organized

Good But..

Good product, but it took me over a week to file my State taxes using the software. The answers they gave me where inaccurate and insulting to my intelligence
What's great about it: Ease of use and accurate
What's not so great: State Service is subpar at best

Easiest and Best!

Once TurboTax locates an error during the final review, I found it very difficult to find out how to correct the error, or go back to the section where the error was made.
What's great about it: Very Straightforward
What's not so great: Did not show you how to correct mistakes that TurboTax found.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
