One Glitch

I'm going to have to print my return from the PDF file because the print options offered inside Turbo Tax don't work. The only options offered are "save as PDF", "Preview Print", and "Cancel". When you chose Preview Print it takes you to a viewing software with no exit. When I use my windows icon to escape, it takes me back to the same 3 options - i.e. no Print option.
What's great about it: Almost everything went well. Easy to complete return.
What's not so great: Could not actually print return. The selection box only offers print preview and you can't get out of preview mode.

Vermont unemployment forms are set up and worded different so made some confusion. Also, we just purchased a home so it was unclear where to enter hud-1 info. Overall how ever it is very easy to navigate and I purchase and use turbotax every year.
What's great about it: easy to navigate
What's not so great: unemployment and new homebuyers input could be more clear.

Makes filing almost easy!

My 13th year using TurboTax and never a problem. Last year I did my taxes both with TurboTax and with a CPA. The only thing I got from the CPA was a bigger bill!
What's great about it: If I don't understand a section I can easily get a clarifacation
What's not so great: None I ran in to.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy, Accurate and fast

TurboTax deluxe worked very well, easy to import data and correct entries, worked flawlessly and accurately. This program is a breeze and gets better every year.
What's great about it: Very easy and quck to do return
What's not so great: No Cons

I a m having great difficulty getting my non-resident taxes to print and file. Form says DO NOT FILE, NOT COMPlETE
What's great about it: Simple to follow instructions
What's not so great: Hard to get city taxes

This is the 3rd year we have filed using Turbo Tax and again we are getting money back. Before we never got a refund the people don't take the time to know your situation. Turbo Tax does and it asks all the right questions. No more leaving money for the IRS
