It gets easier every year to use TurboTax. The software leads you through everything step by step and helps to maximaize your deductions. Excellent software.

Rapid workout

Turbo Tax continues to be ok. I was an H&R Block user up to a couple of years ago. I switched 3 years ago to Turbo and find it what I expected it to be. Would have been nice to know that Turbo Tax was not accepting returns until 5 PM on February 5th before rushing through everything. Quite aggrevating to be told TT is quick and then be told to wait, after doing all the work. Next year, put a note on the box or advertising so people know before hand and not after
What's great about it: Ability to extract necessary info from last year
What's not so great: long time setting up and not warning about not accepting returns until 5 PM on Feb 5.

Easiest Year

Program was affordable and gave me my best results. Questions were easy to understand and to the point. An issue with my computer occurred but tech support was fast and very helpful. Beats paying a lot of money for money I earned for working all year!
What's great about it: Process was simple and questions easy

It's that Simple!

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and am pleased to share I have always had a good experience. I appreciate the option to choose my deductions or be guided step by step. The first year I chose to be guided step by step since I really had no clue what I was doing. Years later I'm pretty comfortable selecting my options not quiet a pro but semi-pro. Turbo Tax updates their site regularly that gives me confidence I'm getting the most up to date information and the guidance on any new updates or changes. Thank you Turbo Tax for being part of my family's yearly tax filing.

Used this since 2005 and am very happy with the ease of use. Seemed a little harder to go back and correct any errors on state return this year but was able to do it. I really like that it pulls info forward from previous year and saves time on state return.
What's great about it: Easy to use
