I had problems downloading some Fed forms that weren't available when I purchased TurboTax as well as New York State forms. Your Customer Service Rep Helaman was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed.
What's not so great: The phone number had me caught in a loop.

For years, I went to an accountant because I didn't "trust" myself with knowing all of this tax stuff. TurboTax makes it so easy and holds your hand the entire way. They break everything down into small steps, and give you the confidence to know that you can do it. They answer any questions if you get stuck and you can always go back if you did it wrong. They make it fool-proof and easy, dare I say "fun" to do your taxes!
What's great about it: Takes you slowly, step by step, through the entire process.

Outstanding Refund!!

I use Turbo Tax every year to do my taxes and always get the maximum refund and NO HASSELS! It is very easy to use and guides you every step of the way. It is an outstanding product!

I've been using turbo tax for several years, its easy to use and the help screens are awesome. all the information you need to successfully complete your federal and state is there at your finger tips, I'm 100% satisfied with turbo tax
What's great about it: an easy to use and understand program
What's not so great: havent found that yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

In the past the updates have been at the beginning not at the end of the process. Would like to see that changed. It might help to be prompted to get the IRS PIN at the beginning of the process.
The entry of pre-paid taxes needs to be as a promptt and not have to search for as i did.
What's great about it: overall process is good.
What's not so great: updates, IRS PIN
