very accomodating!

I often start & stop the work on my taxes. For 2013, I did an extension, and still filed late. TT was helpful all the way thru! Thank you!
What's great about it: Walking thru the process is a snap! More info windows are quite helpful.
What's not so great: Getting to talk to a human can take a bit-
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I wish i had known about turbo tax for the past 30 years--i have had so many accountant over charge me and I owe the IRS so much because they did not put all proper deductions --thankyou will use turbo tax every year
What's great about it: guidancethroughout
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1997. Great program. Appreciate the upgrade and the changes.

What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to find answer to questions.

2013 Income Taxes via Turbo Tax

Great tool, easy to use, navigate. Wish I had better on screen insight when things like expeditions, deductions, etc are capped by income limits.
What's great about it: Easy to use & navigate. Good help menus available on screen.
What's not so great: Can't easily tell when exemptions, etc are capped by income limits
