Turbo Tax was easy to work with.

Every year the updates came up automatically and this year you had to go to on line and put in the updates to get them. At first it was frustrating not being able to find them, but after I realized what to do I had no problem. The software is easy to work with and I have always enjoyed Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I have always enjoyed working with Turbo Tax as it is an easy software.
What's not so great: I had a little trouble with getting the updates to begin with until I understood the changes.

Unable to print return?

Good thing I have two computers. I was unable to open the program on my laptop. I was unable to figure out how to print out a copy for my records. Last year I had no problem in this area. I own my mobile home free and clear and pay rent on my space. Do I own or do I rent? I have kids but they are grown up and married with their own families.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to navigate.
What's not so great: I was unable to figure out how to print out a copy for my records.

Quick and Easy

Simple and accurate way to do your taxes. We went to a CPA last year and our net refund was less than with TurboTax

I was confused by the 1099 DIV section - I couldn't figure out how to enter my dividend income, but eventually I got it through trial and error. Most of the experience was highly intuitive and well done.
What's great about it: Becky R was terrific - she was able to solve my problem calmly and efficiently
What's not so great: The error message was annoying, and I had to wait for 10 minutes to get someone on the chat

Fast and easy!!! Even an idiot could do it!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Its fast and easy. It helps go through any life situations and gets you every dollar you deserve. You will not need to get your billion back with turbo tax. They do it right the first time and they even give you a max refund guarantee. No need to talk to anyone but there is that option if you need it. It also allows you to import the previous year, if you use it the year before. You can also import your w2 so you dont have to squint at the small numbers and type them in. Use it one year and I guarantee you will use it every year. Come on America, don't let others scare you about leaving 500 bucks on every seat when you can spend 50 bucks and do it in your own seat! Sit back relax, and just let turbo do the tax!!!!
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, Asks the necessary questions, import the previous year
What's not so great: expensive, too many advertisments

Great Product, so simple to use

Turbo Tax is so simple to use, it makes doing your taxes a breeze, cant imagine it could be any easier to do. Great product.
