TT Deluxe good, except for form 8814

As usual TurboTax Deluxe was easy to use. Form 8814 returned and I could not delete it. My daughter has not lived with me in 5 years. The best I could do was enter a zero dollar amount.
What's great about it: good as usual
What's not so great: could not delete form 8814
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years without any problems. I find it easy to use.
What's great about it: Q and A simple format.
What's not so great: I seemed to miss the estimated federal tax payments section.

Turbo Tax- Safe and Simple

Have used TurboTax for a decade now and have never run into any problems with the IRS. Software is simple and easy to use. As long as you have all the necessary paperwork on hand, you can complete your taxes in under 3 hours.
What's great about it: Guides you the maze known as Tax Season
What's not so great: Have to sign up for itsDeductible

e-filing Problems

Everything was working great until I decided to e-file my returns. I tried to do them all at once and the program had a major brain glitch. I had to file my state stuff first individually and then file the federal individually.
It was trial and error on my part, but there was a panic about not being able to file all at once. First time I've had a problem with the software.
What's great about it: quick tax prep
What's not so great: e-filing had some big glitches
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

said updates were needed to efile. i installed updates and it still said unable to efile due to updates

TURBO TAX has just gotten better and better over the years I have been using it. 2013 was the easiest returns I have filed.
What's great about it: Led me through all of my deductions
