effortless tax filing

Easy to follow steps. The program has helpful information written in if you have a question about any particular item.
What's great about it: year to year comparison, breakdown of deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes quickly and simply done

The deluxe program was just what I needed. I have several sources of income and deductions, but the program stayed with me and didn't question me. It help a lot with the new e-filing system and new passwords. My old computer crashed since last years taxes and although everything was new it was easy to follow. I would have sent my old ones in and had a delay or rejected submission. Way to go Turbo Tax.

Great way to do and file taxes!

I have used Turbo Tax for 7 years now (since the tax professional we went to made several errors on our return, did not completely file it, and caused us thousands in fees and expense with the IRS) and it has been a really well conceived, well executed and easy to use tool for doing our taxes without hassle. I highly recommend it to anyone considering giving it a try. I have not been disappointed.
What's great about it: Everything goes step by step - detailed information and yet easy to use.

went pretty well even though the roth ira area is confusing
What's great about it: just type in the forms you get in the mail
What's not so great: roth ira questions could be clearer

What's not so great: Counldn't help me with sales tax on buying a new auto.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It gets easier every year.
What's great about it: Easy to do.
What's not so great: A little difficult to find mailable state form after efiling Federal form.

Turbo tax-Quicken Transfer

Quicken should be easy to transfer into TurboTax. Same company... should be an easy fix
What's great about it: turbo tax is good
What's not so great: There should be an easy way to transfer files from Quicken directly to TurboTax
