More detours

This yr. was least smooth process of 20+ yrs I've used TurboTax. Popup/"Help" screens detoured my usual quick process and truly frustrated me. Stop selling other services until the returns are filed; then offer services in clearly separate screens.
What's great about it: E-filed Fed for 1st time
What's not so great: Many "helpscreens" confused normally easy process.

Amazing & Outstanding

Every year I just use TurboTax to file my taxes and without TurboTax I could do nothing. I love it, I highly recommend it to everyone. This is the best program that walks you step by step with the EasyGuide and I feel that I have those experts right here with me every moment when I touch this program. It is fabulous, It is a Wow.
What's great about it: EasyGuide walks you step by step as if you have a personal Tutor, so quick and accurate, this is the best program ever

It asked questions to cover every area of possible tax consequences or benefits. It was easy to use. Had to start in the beginning again to change an answer within the return.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: To edit an item, had to start from the beginning of questions again

First year I have used this product. After I completed the Education Deductions section, it said I did not qualify. Then when I ren the review, my return jumped from $600 to more than $5000. I don't know whether to trust my return now. I guess I'll have to wait and see if the IRS accepts the return and if I get audited or not.

Please do not try to force people to file 2 state returns when they don't have to. If your main and only job is out of state, you only have to file in the state that you live in.
What's great about it: Transfer of W-2's and other information.
What's not so great: If your main job is out of state, you do not have to file 2 state returns and Turbo Tax tries to make you file 2 states.
