quick and easy

all good. . no complaints. . . I am an accountant by education and by all means anyone, with no accounting background, should be able to do their returns with Turbo Tax. . no problems

It is important to gather all documents before you start but even if you do not you have plenty of time to complete.

Plenty of Help

I love the way you walk me thru and guide me step by step, this is the best way for me to learn and get it done right. Please make a help phone line available for us older folks, so when we loose our way we can call for a help line.
What's great about it: You Walk Me Thru
What's not so great: Sometime I loose my place and I have not found a Number help line

I have used the product for about 10 years and like it. For me it is generally intutive, but there are often are new things year to year which require more time to understand what is needed.
What's great about it: Like import from previous year
What's not so great: adding Signatures when 2 are needed needs improvement

I have been a turbo tax user for decades, and have always been confident that its the best product out on the market for your normal everyday lay person who dreads the tax filing months. Never worry about being audited.
What's great about it: Makes me feel like I know what I'm doing.Extremely customer friendly.
What's not so great: Reduce the packing box sizes ,very wasteful.
