Best way to find hidden deductions

I've probably been using TurboTax for about 20 years now. I've even bought new computers when needed to keep up with the improvements TT is capable of on a faster computer. I like this new edition even better (without the time consuming videos which were sometimes pretty helpful, other times not). I had to use a real person to help me last year, so I called the tech number. The person I got was a CPA and knew exactly where my problem lay. Wow! Problem solved by a professional tax consultant. I love TurboTax and recommend it to everyone. I even told one CPA friend of mine that I didn't see how a tax service could possibly know all of the things I can deduct the way TTs step-by-step guide finds them for me. So I'm not changing!
What's great about it: Thinks of deductions you may have forgotten, explains plainly, provides support
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I appreciate the fact that T.T. is working to make the program easier to use as the years pass.
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax for several years; it is more user friendly every year. This year is the best.

Quick and painless

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and it honesty keeps getting easier. This year was no exception. I didn't have quite so many forms to enter this time which helped but it took me just shy of an hour to get through everything. I have a busy schedule and this makes tax season so nice.
What's great about it: Loved the transfer of last year's info which saved time
What's not so great: Nothing caused me any problems or concerns

Super easy filing!

TurboTax is very easy to use tool. It makes filing taxes super easy and you don't special knowledge. Help buttons are everywhere and accessible with the touch of a button!
The only thing I suggest to improve is to make the field "Donate $3 to presidential campaign more obvious and visible". Since some people want to donate and some don't. However, I remember I didn't fill in that field and it was done automatically. Need to make it more visible to people!
Overall it's a great product!
