I have used Turbo Tax for probably 10 years and have never had any problems. I have recommended it to any one who asks,... and some who don't!!

Once again, the easiest way to file. Year after year I save hundreds in accounting fees by doing it myself. I couldn't ask for a better product.

TurboTax would be completely flawless if you would not connect the user to a federal website (IRS) in order to compete the preparation for filing. The site went down while I was using it - shades of obamacare!
What's great about it: Ease & Speed of Use
What's not so great: Had to involve the Federal Government - hiccups!

I am in the middle of our big return and waiting for information. So I decided to do one of my kids. They only needed a refund from State as they did not pay into Fed. It seemed to take a long time to get his done. Have not finished ours yet. I have two more kids to do first.
What's great about it: Asked lots of questions
What's not so great: more complicated then it needed to be fora simple return

2013 Deluxe edition review

This is my 10th year of using Turbotax. No other way is as easy.
What's great about it: Clear, concise, and accurate,
What's not so great: Turbotax has its own idea of where to put files I have to find later.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
