excellent refund

Easy enough to follow along on all the entries. tried to print forms for example and got lost away from where I had been. But easy enough to do.
What's great about it: got all taxes paid in returned to us
What's not so great: somehow got lost on several pages

This is the third time I have used Turbo Tax and it is always very easy. In the past couple of years I have moved twice to different states, sold a house, and changed jobs. Turbo Tax covered all of these with ease. Takes a lot of stress off of the whole tax filing nightmare!
What's great about it: Ease of use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I am a senior and have depended on this product to aid me in the increasingly complicated task of filing income tax returns for at least 10 years. I have recommended this product to friends and family and will continue to do so. The boxes at the bottom of the page for continuing or going back were difficult to identify with these old eyes. That would be the only change I would recommend, just a little contrast for the older generation. Thank you for an excellent product and , God willing, I will be around to use it next year.
What's great about it: Still excellent in assisting tax prep and checking accuracy
What's not so great: The boxes at the bottom of the page need contrast

I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years and have never experienced a problem. It is Quick and easy.

Did the Federal and State quickly. However, made an error (improper entry) and had to delete the whole file and start over. There should be a way for old codgers like me to correct their errors without such drastic action. Otherwise, the program is great and would recommend it to everyone. Why pay a tax preparer mega-bucks to do a simple return?
What's great about it: Simple, concise instructions
What's not so great: Need a way to delete errors and correct entries.

turbo tax is great! the step by step instructions are very helpful and easy to find everything that's needed for filing. Labeling everything and specific numbering to is helpful when looking over forms such as the w-2s. Any one can use this system and it works great!
