Turbo Tax has been my first choice for over a decade. No glitches have occurred. Has multiply level of printing from basic to full return. Highly recommended!

Great program, use it every year and it gets easier and easier. I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone. Very detail oriented process that the program walks you through every step of the way! Keep up the great work guys!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to put everything in. Hardest part is gathering all the paperwork. Maybe an hour or two total I invested in doing the taxes start to finish. Not bad to get the max refund.
What's great about it: Easy to input all the information
What's not so great: Sometimes asked for info on W2 that wasn't in the box.

I have used Turbotax for almost ten years. Since my information is saved from year to year, I only need to update a few numbers. The process goes very quickly. I can have my taxes done at my own pace and can click on help whenever I am unsure. Why pay someone hundreds of dollars, when you can do it yourself for a fraction of the price?
What's great about it: You can work at your own pace, and you are prompted for everything. Skip what you know you don't need.

How the guide helps

Once you finish a topic in the return you have to scroll through what you have already filled out to get to the next topic. It should jump to the next, perhaps after asking if you are finished with the topic. Otherwise a very good product. E-filing is very easy
What's great about it: Shows every line for you to fill out
What's not so great: Scrolling through topics
