Finished in one evening

I thought 2012 was easier to work through because it did not require me to re-enter data in order to correct an error that was not an error in the first place. But I'll continue to use Turbo Tax as I have for the past 25 or 30 years.
What's great about it: Walks you through all the steps
What's not so great: Kept telling me I had an error where there was no error.

Fast & clear

I love how quick and easy TurboTax is and the way my info is transferred from year to year. Half the work is done before I even start. Only glitch I ran in to was it would not let me use a BC address (British Columbia) for a charitable deduction. Turns out you usually cannot take deductions to Canadian charities. (TurboTax did not tell me that).
What's great about it: Clear and specific instructions.
What's not so great: Not always clear how to move on to next section.

Easy to use!

I was nervous to file by myself but after using TurboTax, I'm confident in filing myself. It was so easy to use and didn't take too much time!
What's great about it: easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I thought that filling it out online I was going to have a lot of questions, but I did not! The couple of questions I did have were easily answered with the more info or explain options.

Turbo Tax is an apt name!

I did my taxes in about 20 minutes. The software just gets better and better. As I used it last year as well, the process is even faster and more convenient since it has most of my information already. I recommend this program to everyone; especially if doing taxes scares you. It couldn't be any more straight forward and easy. Enjoy!

Feeling Accomplished

This was our first year using TurboTax. Overall it was a great experience. A little concerned that we are getting as nice of a refund as we are; afraid we missed something or entered something in wrong.....but hopefully that is not the case. Checked, Reviewed, Rechecked, Reviewed again!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, detailed instructions, quick
What's not so great: Tax language/verbiage a bit tough to follow, so scared we were missing something
