Refund

I thought this years form was more difficult than the previous years. I had trouble with my home office expense this time.
What's great about it: I like that it is easy to enter items and edit them. I also like the check at the end of the forms
What's not so great: Some sections are confusing

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. I know that I am getting the most up-to-date information and getting all of the deductions and credits that I am entitled to receive.
This year a Turbo Tax Progress Dialog Box popped up several times while I was doing my state taxes. Every time it popped up my computer would freeze and I had to restart it. Very annoying.

What's great about it: I am sure that I didn't miss any deductions or credits and that my return is correct.
What's not so great: The new TurboTax Progress Dialog box shut down my Turbo Tax program several times.

Easy To File

Appreciated the help in finding the right figures needed from earlier Tax Returns. Had an overall good experience with TurboTax. Highly recommend it to first time filers.
What's great about it: Liked being guided all the way through both Federal and State.
What's not so great: Tax Code so complicated hard to determine how some figures were determined.

I'm not a rocket scientist. this is the easiest thing you can use to do your taxes. It's helpful and explain's everything in easy to understand language.Thank you turbo tax.
What's great about it: it's easy to use.
What's not so great: N/A
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Return

Only problem was inporting last years information. I needed to go to the help function and got an e-mail in return explaining how to import 2012 information. Return went smooth after that.
What's great about it: Simple to use once I got past importing my information from last years return.
What's not so great: Not real clear on how to import last years information.I Had to go to the help function.

Filing ones taxes can be difficult and somewhat painful.Turbo tax made it less of each.

Easiest Program for Taxes I have ever Used

I used this last year and went wow ok more than I expected in a refund.
This year I sat down and in less than an hour both Fed and State were done and transmitted. It basically ran itself. It had all my vital info from last year, where I worked if I was in school, and it went through all the deductions to make sure I didn't miss anything. All I did was input my income and school expenses and such.
I would recommend this program to anyone. As long as it keeps making this program I will keep using this program.
What's great about it: the attention to details of both income and deductions
What's not so great: paying a little extra to file state and have it taken out of refund
