Better than our old tax specialist

I felt very apprehensive claiming all my deductions this year but in the end it was easy. I feel confident it was done correctly and we got the refund we deserve. I am considering going back and amending previous returns based on all the information I gained this year.
What's great about it: easy to use and concise
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Even writing a review is a hassle. I would not recommend using Turbo Tax to my enemies.

The charitable listing of to whom I made contributions, having to list each one and their address seems , to me, to be more than necessary. Why can't the listing be aggregated?

Life is good with TurboTax

Thanks to many years of opportunity to improve, I think this is one of the most bug free and usable pieces of software there is.
I like that I can look at the level of detail I want, from having my hand held through every step to being able to go directly to a line on a form or worksheet that I want to change or get help on.
What's great about it: Thorough and flexible
What's not so great: none for me - I did get confused at one point where I tried to find business expenses in the expenses tab instead of tab

I appreciate using turbo tax it saves me a lot of headache every year and I highly recommend its use.
What's great about it: detailed explanations of deductions, assets, taxable items
