Excellent Software

Fails even tho correct pin

I have used Turbo Tax for all but one of the last 6 plus years. I really like it and it's ease of use, except for when and if your file is rejected, it isn't clear how to proceed. (In my case, wasn't sure if I was going past the last spot to re-enter my pin).
It needs to say "don't worry, your 'whatever" is coming up like it does on areas before filing. Also, mine has been rejected for the spouses" pin being incorrect for the last 3 years, so, after trying and trying to fix, I have to send it by snail mail. I have rechecked my and my spouses' pin many times before sending it. Very aggravating, I can't e-file.

I got my taxes completed with my moms and turbo tax's help. Finished for another year.
What's great about it: step by step instructions
What's not so great: small state refund lol (my own fault)

MY tax software

I used to prepare taxes. Now I just do mine and the family. This software is sooo easy to use. And, it gets better every year. Most of the "cons" I would have come up with in past years have been eliminated. This system is so easy to use. If you have never looked at a tax form, Turbo-Tax will walk you right thru to the best refund you deserve. It is much easier to move around the system than I t used to be. I usually get started and have to go back to add items. That used to be a bit of a challenge, but this year I don't think I hit a single snag. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!
What's great about it: So easy to follow. It askes all the questions you need to answer.
