GREAT-EASY

What's great about it: WALKS YOU ALL THROUGH IT.
What's not so great: NOTHING
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 8 years and have never had a problem. It is fast, easy and accurate! Thank you so much for helping me to save money and reclaim my refund.

Does the job

Easy to install. handled updates quickly. Covered everything I needed to do my returns and my daughters returns. I would recommend this. I've used it for last seven years.
What's great about it: asked all pertinent stuff as far as my returns were concerned
What's not so great: says I get one free state return but always charges to file maybe I 'm misunderstanding.

I liked the ease of use and guidance of the program.
What's great about it: the ease of use and the guidance throughout the process made it fast and easy to get our return done
What's not so great: there really was not anything wrong with the program
