Better than a CPA!

I do recommend this software to my friends and relatives. Although I am an accountant, I don't normally do taxes. TurboTax saves hours of reading the latest updates to the Tax Code, or even the 1040 Bulletin! Much more thorough and Better than Competitors!
What's great about it: Easy as a Walk in the Park, Accurate, Very helpful hints and resources, Inexpensive compared to CPA hours.
What's not so great: Zero dislikes....

I can now relax

Since I started using TurboTax 4 years ago for my husband and I, life has definitely gotten easier this time of year.
We are over 66 and it took less than an hour to complete our state and federal returns. It took more time to get the 1099s we needed to file. Thank you TurboTax.
What's great about it: all the information needed to get a speedy refun.
What's not so great: worksheet asked for info that wasn't needed for filing

Any deduction that you think you may be eligible for is brought to your attention with just a few clicks. A wonderfully easy program to use & e-filing is a breeze!!!

A great tool for everyone with normal income and expenses. Done on my own time at my own pace, with no need to make appointments or go to anyone's office.
Some of the categories I have to wade through are a little offbeat for me, but I'd rather have them all listed than miss something.
What's great about it: Step by Step

Was not intuitive enough, until program did audit, about differance in amounts entered
What's great about it: Good Program and liked indication of refund on top of screen
What's not so great: Could be a bit more intuitive about some income questions
