Pro's says it all. I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and have never been disappointed! Great product.

Really Easy

This program has made doing my own taxes really easy and affordable. Second year using and will use again next year.
What's great about it: Step by step.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good program, some things need tweaking

I have used Turbo tax for many years. This year while doing the error check it found two errors on my Maine State return. They were the name of my landlord on a form. I own my own home and had put that in turbo tax!
I then started going through all the forms, vice the step by step. I found some old phone numbers from previous years that had been brought forward year after year! Also found some forms half filled out. I had to override Turbo Tax to input some of the info. They were related to programs applied for in the past that we were not eligible for. Turbo Tax dragged them forward and half filled them out!

What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you thru it.
What's not so great: Fed Personal info and State(Maine) needs a little work.

my turbo tax 2013

Your doing a great job i use to use your commpetors untill i tryed in 1995 to use Turbo Tax and found it was easy to use I took back my other one got turbo tax and love it every since
What's great about it: Its made simple enough for a 77 year old to complete the tax has all the forms easy to get and read
What's not so great: Just keep it easy as possible for old seniors
