Good, however, I wish the Disc would be 'Upgraded' with current IRS info at the BEGINNING of input of data rather than checking for IRS updates near the end of the program.

Taxes are a breeze

I have used Turbo Tax for a very long time. I have never had any problems with the program. They continually make improvements and it is so very easy to use. Works great for personal and business tax filings. My sister uses for her business taxes. Thank goodness I had Turbo Tax when I had to report the sale of stock options...as it walked me through the process of how to report. I would highly recommend using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Transfers appropriate info from each year, EasyStep Input, Electronic Filing and FAST Refund, Support
What's not so great: Charging for Electronic Filing of State,

Cost of software should include free e-filing for state as well as federal..
Interactive process is excellent and straighforward
What's great about it: ease of use and clarity
What's not so great: Surcharge for using credit card

Only wish I could have talked to someone to get an answer to my question, Your help get answers did not work at all and there was no phone number to talk to someone.
What's great about it: Ease of entry -good
What's not so great: had a question that I could not get answered so I call a CPA in my area to get the question answered.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
