Turbo Tax is very easy to use, and at the same time it is detailed enough to provide all the information you need. Complete updates of tax changes is a real plus.
I have used Turbotax for several years and will not change.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

I have used TurboTax for years, and I appreciate how much simpler the preparation and filing process is with it. The questions weed out the items that don't apply to me each year and its very easy to go back into any section to review or edit. I highly recommend TurboTax!
What's great about it: Narrowed the process to what applied to me
What's not so great: Occasionally hard to find specific answers

Turbo-Tax is easy to use and I have relied on it for several years now. I like all the features especially now that the state filing is a part of the program.

This was my second year using Turbo Tax. Why doesn't the system go back to the info from 2012?
Trying to print was quite difficult. I still can't print the quarterly estimated pages out correctly.

Easy To Use

I enjoy using TurboTax, as much as anyone can enjoy filing taxes. It delivers a sense of confidence that all the possible deductions have been covered and that no income has been overlooked which could result in an IRS Audit.
What's great about it: Covers little known expenses
What's not so great: Having to go to the bottom of the page to "continue" when listing income and deduction categories

My third year with TurboTax!

All in all, I no longer worry that I'm entering something incorrectly -- or worse, overlooking something that could be to my benefit.
What's great about it: I feel confident that my information was entered correctly.
What's not so great: At times, when I want to do an edit, I find it difficult to get to the spot where the change is needed.
