With TurboTax, you know that you are being taken care of by tax professionals. It is so easy to use, and they take you step by step through every deduction. By far the best tax software that I have ever used.

Over Exercised

Have used for years, now that I'm 2nd year widowed, retired and have a small pension and Social Security -- this year should have been very simple, but Turbo Tax took me through areas that were not applicable - told me I needed to do itemized when in fact std. deduction would have been more practical.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Too complicated for simple returns

My first time here and I am pleased. It took a bit longer than expected but should be quicker next year. Easy to work with.
What's great about it: Easy to enter information as it was asked for.

I've used Turbo Tax for many, many years and have been very satisfied with it. Doing taxes takes about 2 hours, mainly for gathering up all the paperwork before starting the process. The entering of tax info is easy and additional explanation of entries is just a click away.
Try it - You'll like it.
What's great about it: Step by step method of filling out the return
What's not so great: None for me

Just my 2 cents

I only had a minor glitch, and would like an opinion on why it happened. When I was about to transmit my return I was unsuccessful in using my prior years AGI. I was able to file using a pin number. It had previously given me an error message "check for updates."
What's great about it: Pretty much the whole thing/ what's not to like
