Easy and Quick

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and to e file your taxes in a quick and efficient manner.
What's great about it: Straightforward questions
What's not so great: should be easier for users to know how to get to view forms and go back to answering automating questions

Zipped through so fast!

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and I can say it's the quickest easiest way to file. I love that at the end you can E-file and done! No having to worry about mailing or going somewhere else and paying them to do it. It took me less than 1 hour to complete and E-file both my returns. Turbo tax is awesome!
What's great about it: Love the auto import saves so much time.
What's not so great: There were none for me at least.

2013 Return

When I tried to enter the child care credit info it seemed like I was doing it right, although it was a little confusing going back to do the second child. When I thought I was complete I got a message that said we earned too much to get the credit. I went on and finished the return and did the checks, I didn't receive any questions about the credit although we had it last year. So I went back and tried it again and this time It worked and we received the credit. I realize I probably made some kind of mistake, but I'm disappointed that Turbo Tax didn't send up a flag during the checks since we had the credit last year and the dependents didn't change.
What's great about it: Easy as usual with carrying data from last year
What's not so great: One hitch this year.

Well organized, easily understood, intuitive, yet comprehensive. TurboTax helps people to find deductions most people wouldn't find on their own. In addition, using TurboTax eliminates the need to fill in spaces by hand, make messy corrections by hand, or overlook required information.

TurboTax 2013

I have used TurboTax for a lot or years, probably since it came out, but it seems more difficult to use each year. In the past I could always load the information from the previous years, but this year it would not. This made it a lot more time consuming to use.
What's great about it: Still pretty good.
What's not so great: Would not load my last years return from saved pdf file
