Quick and Simple

Turbo Tax is quick, simple and thorough in stepping you through the process of filing your Federal and State tax returns. They leave nothing to chance and take the headaches out of filing your taxes.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax does a thorough job of guiding you through the process.

Very easy!!

Have used Turbo Tax for more than 5 years. So easy, and I get the satisfaction that I did it myself, in my own home, on my own time. Love the E File. Get my return quickly usually within 2 weeks. Love Turbo Tax!!!!

Turbo Tax is an inexpensive, easy way to prepare and file your taxes. I have used it for several years and have been very satisfied. Since you can use several e-files, the whole family can use it.
What's great about it: very easily guided through income and deductions

Overall, TurboTax continues to be my go-to solution for one of life's two inevitables...maybe you should consider diversifying into the undertaking business, and be a total-solution provider!
What's great about it: Walks you through each step
What's not so great: Not quite sure why it wanted to generate a Canadian-based income form...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always a Cinch!!!

I started at 1:00 p.m. and just finished at 4:05 p.m. I love this. And it's so simple to walk through the return, no matter what changes we have each year and how the tax code changes.
What's great about it: It's fast and easy to do every year.
What's not so great: Nothing

GOOD NUMBERS AS USUAL

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR MYSELF AND NOW MY CHILDREN FOR OVER 15 YEARS. THE OTHER PROGRAMS DON'T COMPARE TO THE EASE AND FLEXIBLITY THAT I'VE GROWN TO USE IN A DEPRESSING TIME OF THE YEAR....OR HAPPY!
What's great about it: NEVER A PROBLEM AND ALWAYS AN ANSWER

I have used TurboTax over the last many, many years. Never had a bit of problem. The reviews of my returns are helpful and insightful to my individual circumstances. Highly recommend to anyone interested in completing their own tax returns confident of their completeness.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and use
What's not so great: Cannot think of any off-hand

Mistake

Two of the last four years i have had to pay extra tax plus a penalty because the Turbo Tax software entered an incorrect amount . This year it was on Line 5 of the Illinois 1040 return. The software pulled 8000 dollars from Line 15-b of the US form 1040 that was not entered.
What's great about it: Federal and Missouri was fine
What's not so great: Fro some reason Tirbo Tax has problems with IL state taxes
