I have used Turbo Tax for the last 12 years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Some IRS terms are a little confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I E-FILE my taxes, but when I go to E-File my kids taxes it does not allow it. So they must be mailed in, taking several weeks
What's not so great: unable to e-file after first filing

Mailing address

When having to mail in taxes, it would be nice to include Fed and State addresses right on the Turbo Tax cover sheet. Also, First taxes I did I was able to E-File, and was then prompted to save to Doc's, flash drive or even email. The other two taxes I did had to be mailed in. The only prompt that came up was to print. I was eventually able to save to PC Doc's, but unable to send to email. Thanks great product, have used it numerous years
What's great about it: Turbo tax is great
What's not so great: If mailing taxes, no prompt to save in various places

Easy to Use, A Few Tweeks...
on November 1, 2014

This software is easy to use. This was my first time using it, so I can't make an assessment of accuracy. I assume that it was accurate. It guided me through the steps easily. It was easy to enter information. I liked being able to download some information instead of entering it (like W2's).
There were a few points where the workflow was inconsistent, but it was nothing that affected my return's accuracy. For example, I can't e-file for particular reasons that TurboTax explained. That's fine. So I went with the mail-in option. When I hit "Continue", TurboTax suggested that I consider e-file, even though it had just said that I couldn't e-file. So I confirmed that I wanted to print and mail in, and that was fine. There was another case like this, where it didn't cause any problem, but I had to confirm a selection which TurboTax had just said was the only option. (I can't remember where it was.) In other places, TurboTax gave me a message saying there was a single option available, and so the only choice was "Continue". So I think that the two cases I mentioned above were incorrect behavior.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: A Few Tweeks to Interface
