I use Turbo Tax every year. It makes tax prep and e-filing very straightforward

I have used TurboTax many years now. I got another software package once, but it was a nightmare. I believe I recalculated my return many times and it kept loosing things. I will not switch again. Turbo Tax does it for me each year now.
What's great about it: It works year after year. Tried other software once, but it was terrible and I will not use anything but TurboTax.
What's not so great: The part about HCTC was a little confusing. Said you needed a package from IRS and it wasn't common, but I needed it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It's a Trust Thing

My extension payment didn't show up on my 1040. This almost caused me to pay an additional $7500. Now I am wondering what else is incorrect. I trusted TurboTax for many years, now what?

5 out of 5 stars!! I tried to use another software last year and had a terrible experience. I brought Turbo and completed my taxes. I'll never do that again!
What's great about it: Very user friendly, navigating is simple, quick results

Excellent, except for Schedule C expenses

Would like for the business expenses entries (Sch C) to match Schedule C lines 5-18.
Other than that, I love it!
What's great about it: Everything flowed very well. Well explained
What's not so great: Business expenses doesn't match the IRS form entries
