Confusing

Uncomfortable as I returned to complete the filing from April to Oct kept getting different questions and blanks to complete. Put my income in wife's section and vice versa and other things kept happening such as this example. Finally got through it but still uncomfortable that info is in right section.
What's great about it: Easy to move around the program
What's not so great: Got different ?and page as I returned to section working on

I have been using Turbotax for about 16 years. They deliver for me every year. I like the audit, error check and overall professionalism. It's good to see real people.
What's great about it: Turbotax deluxe was updated in record time
What's not so great: Nothing

Good and bad

Some deductions have detailed info, but NOT the main thing I need - WHERE, ON WHAT FORM, DO I REPORT THIS DEDUCTION???
When the Review shows some items to be corrected, even though they were entered based on the instructions by your guided steps, some of the items are either entered incorrectly by your own background processing, or missing when the info was available for you to fill in, or filled in when the item is not supposed to be filled in
What's great about it: Most of the steps are easy and well-guided
What's not so great: If I correct something, I have to retrace all of the following steps
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Straightforward

I have a fairly complex return with two small businesses, K-1 income and investment income. TurboTax handles it all without a glitch. Much easier to e-file than to print and mail.
What's great about it: has most recent tax law changes, easy to edit
