Ease of Use

Have used for last 10 years and will continue to use. Has continued to get more sophisticated.
What's great about it: Inexpensive. OK for uncomplicated returns. Easy to use
What's not so great: Not meant for complicated returns.

A user for over 20 years - Better each year

Reasonably complete even for complex returns.
It wasn't too many years ago that TTax couldn't handle expat filers. Still a little complicated but does the job.
Unfortunately with joint filers when one has a US address and one a foreign address, it assumes the system clock to be the time of the US party, ignoring the UTM offset and thus reflecting an incorrect time on an e-file. Not a new problem. Was there in prior years also. Work around by resetting time zone on system clock, but that shouldn't be necessary.
I'm happy to renew for 2014! Not a better solution in the market.

Great Savings!!!!

Using TurboTax is one of the best decisions I could have ever made. It guided me through each area of my return effectively and I feel confident that the information I have submitted to the IRS is correct. I really do not need to spend hundreds of dollars to have my taxes done as long as TuboTax is around!!!!
What's great about it: I CAN do my taxes myself.....with TurboTax's help!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Reliable - Accurate

I was a CPA for 25 years and do financial consulting. I've used TurboTax for about 15 years and it has never let me down. No errors. No flubs. No IRS hassles.
What's great about it: Covers Everything!
What's not so great: Can seem a bit tedious. But that's taxes, not TurboTax.

All I can say is that Turbo Tax got it right, I used the S-corp and personal and it was very easy to use. I did have a little problem with the import but other than that it was great.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Importing from my flash drive but other than that it was great
