What's not so great: Better info on handling adjustments,MA Schedule 2K-1 info, on MA return would be helpful

Same bug last year

Each category should allow a "0.0" entry to produce a NULL but you treat "0.0" as a value and generate false value (Movie Prod & TV credit). It was a different category in 2012 that gen false FORM. Last year Turbo tech told me to delete "0.0" in offending categories!
You force a "xx-xxxxxx" form 1041 K-1 work sheet for a TRUST that doesn't have a xx-xxxxxx assigned. Had to delete form.
What's great about it: Each year more tax laws to incorporate into APP - good job
What's not so great: Repeating same mistakes from 2012

Everything is great except it did not give us a way to e-file a K-1 Form which is normally required

Overall , wonderful , easy to use format . Directions are straight forward. They do offer good back-up supports and are almost always available to help .
What's great about it: easy to follow directions
What's not so great: sometimes confusing to go back to an entry in a previous category

This is the go to choice for tax prep and filing. The software is intuitive and I have never experienced a problem in entering my data.
The tax code is current and I don't have to worry if I'm missing anything that could save me money.
My questions are answered succinctly and directly and with Turbo Tax I have a resource available if I need any clarification.
No doubt how I will prepare my returns for next year! Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy... complete... fast!

Solid and stable software - has gotten better in this facet. Well organized, although I liked the "roadmap" shown a couple of years ago on the welcome page.
What's great about it: Logical order that lets me zoom in on items relating to personal situation
What's not so great: Doesn't do enough explaining on rents, specifically vehicle use (didn't have any and wouldn't believe me or explain)
