Almost Perfect

Cars should be listed in Personal Property Tax guidance. Help should be easier to get without paying more. Some of my 2012 return did not transfer, and I had to re-enter it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, covers everything
What's not so great: some confusion on deductions

What's great about it: There is nothing about Turbo Tax I don't like.

I have used TurboTax for years. I appreciate the intricasies involved especially when you have help readily available. I take my time and if necessaryi will wind up with several returns. That is to make sure everything is correct.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: I do not have any. Take your time. Redo and redo if necessary.

Turbo Tax is GREAT

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 6 years and have had no problem with any of the filings. Will continue to use Turbo Tax. It is a great product and very easy to use.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Turbo Tax critique

The question about what the plan cost was when my Federal annuity began should be re-worded "Total employee contributions when annuity began". I had to call OPM in Boyers, PA to learn that plan cost and total employee contributions are the same thing! It took quite a while to get through to OPM.
