Love the product

Love TurboTax. I have been been a user since it first came out. It is easy to use even if you have some tricky situations. We have had sales of our home, moving and lump sum payments and TurboTax handled everything with ease.
What's great about it: easy to use, maintains continuity so I don't have to reenter everything
What's not so great: Cant think of any

For some reason, Turbo Tax treated me like I was a brand new user and therefore didn't import my data from my 2012 tax filing. I had to enter all my contributions/donations from scratch.
It made completing the forms a longer process!!

Smooth sailing

Once you've filed once with TurboTax, doing it again year after year is quite easy, if your situation hasn't changed dramatically. Just keep good records and your papers in a file for when you need them, and you'll be able to answer the step by step questions without much trouble.
My favorite part is how TurboTax remembers most of your information that doesn't change, so you don't have to type it in again from year to year.
What's great about it: Easy to do year after year, with just minor adjustments
What's not so great: Keep watch for changed situations and old stock records
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Better every year

I've been using Turbo Tax for years no. Yet I am amazed at how much better it gets each year. It becomes easier, more user friendly, more explanative and guiding. Every year that Turbo Tax improves, my dread and tedium decreases. It's great.

turbotax was easy and simple. it transferred my information from last year and i was able to go through all my income and deductions in less than an hour, the whole process was painless
