Simple and efficient

Every year I procrastinate on doing my taxes-then once I start them I wonder why! Turbo Tax guides you gently through the process and easily and efficiently helps me complete them

I have been using TurboTax since 2001. it saves me so much time and money even for complicated returns.
What's great about it: Easy way to gather data and not miss important items
What's not so great: You have to answer many of the same questions over each time you make changes or review

Nearly as good as usual

Only after I e-filed did it tell me I need to complete form 8959 and mail it in. Sort of defeating the purpose of e-filing. This should've come up when the return was reviewed.
What's great about it: Easy to use for an easy return
What's not so great: e-filing issue
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TT saves my sanity!

I'm a CPA and I've been doing my taxes with Turbo Tax for longer than I can remember, probably since the early 90's. Never have to give it a second thought. TT makes it as painless as it could possilby be do take care of this ominous task.
What's great about it: Askes all the right questions, does all the tracking and all the calculations.
What's not so great: Seems to make it almost too simple and I worry just a little bit that I may be skipping something

Won't use anything else!

I have been a tong-time user of TurboTax and have at times thought of those "free" apps and other vendors as a possible change of pace. But after doing some due diligence, I still end up going with TurboTax. What can I say; simply the best and easiest to use.
What's great about it: TurboTax is absolute the greatest tax filing app to use. Long-time user.
What's not so great: Don't know of any...

After troubled years and paying others to do my taxes, I decided to buy your product and do them myself. It was not difficult. I will wait to see the IRS response!
What's great about it: I liked the questions that guided me through the process. I trusted you to be thorough
What's not so great: I had one question about having a home office and I did not see a related question or a way to ask it.
