Tax Tornado and then Sunny Day

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. The software has been great for me to use. I especially like the data and information transfer from one tax year to the next.
What's great about it: The guide through process is great, especially if you hav new documents.
What's not so great: I hate doing taxes, no matter how easy Turbo Tax is.

Easy as can be

I have used Turbo tax for many years and Intuit prior to TurboTax. Easy step by step walk through all income and expense items. Imports data from prior year. Very nice!
What's great about it: Easy transfer of prior year data, Simple step by step walk through.
What's not so great: None noted

David Frame went above & beyond to help resolve this glitch. And believe you me it wasn't an easy fix. Very grateful for his patience & determination to fix this. The excellent rating I gave goes to him.
What's not so great: was the loop I got stuck in trying to get reports that were unavailable that actually were available.

Invaluable, but could use a few touches to improve

I've used TT for years and depend on it. I don't have time for all my suggestions for improvement, so just one here. There used to be a "Feedback" button on every page, so you could give direct feedback about your current context to Intuit. That, sadly, no longer exists, and it is much more cumbersome to do that now.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use, thorough, and accurate
What's not so great: No way to give direct feedback from within the program

This taught me to pay more attention to where and what I put away for doing taxes. Helped me organize my thinking and modify my my filing system.
